Liked my outstanding stay with fantastic service. All the staff were very professional and customer-facing, the breakfast was savoury with lovely cakes, international options and perfectly cooked eggs. The location was prime, so close to the train station, major attractions and entertainment areas and bars & restaurants. The lunch in Sapporo Teppanyaki next to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The breakfast was fresh and with a good variety-except for vegetables, the staff was competent. Plentiful and vegan vegetarian breakfast except for vegetables, loved the food choices. The location was great for me as it was not far from all decent museums and attractions, Liverpool waterfront and Liverpool one, China town and Albert docs all walking distance. The place was near Elements Restaurant, where you can have dinner. Amazing services were available. Lucky me, got ironing free of charge too.

Appreciated the stay, it was fantastic for two nights. The property was clean and centrally located to other pubs in the area. Had lovely breakfasts except for vegetables. It was in a great and fab location near to public transport links as well as many restaurants. Found a place called Cote Bistro, set right by the hotel, ate there a few times.
Wi-Fi was weak, made me a little nervous.
